Sterling silver is a very pure, anti-bacterial material, it will give you exceptional comfort, no irritation or discomfort when wearing them... No maintenance required either!!
Choice of diameter: Standard for plugs, it's the inside diameter that counts (where the ear rests).
With the edges, the real diameter will be +-2mm more to keep it in place
Width of about 7-8mm (the most suitable for a maintain, neither too short nor too floating as found on large plugs), but possibility to change to your taste.
